Kate Anthony, DVM
Dr. Anthony graduated from Oregon State University Veterinary Medicine in 2012 and joined the Redwood Veterinary Hospital team in July of 2015. She is a Central Valley native, Tulare born and raised. Dr. Anthony is excited to be a part of the RVH team and looks forward to serving you and your pets. When not practicing veterinary medicine she enjoys reading, Disneyland, spending time with her pets and being with friends and family.
Lindsey Eby, DVM
Dr. Lindsey Eby is a Colorado native who graduated from Colorado State University College of Veterinary Medicine in May of 2012. Additionally, she earned dual bachelor degrees in Equine Science and Animal Science. Dr. Eby is certified with the International Academy of Veterinary Medical Acupuncture and is excited to offer these services to Redwood Veterinary Hospital’s clients. When away from the hospital, Dr. Eby enjoys riding her horses in the mountains, fly fishing and exploring California’s Coast. She is excited to be a part of the RVH family and is looking forward to meeting you and your pet.
Penny Fleischer, DVM
Dr. Penny Fleischer was born and raised in Southern California and earned her Bachelor of Science degree from UCLA. She is a graduate of University of California, Davis School of Veterinary Medicine, and has been practicing small animal medicine at Redwood Veterinary Hospital since November, 1988. She is married, has a son and a daughter, and numerous “furry” companions (aka pets). Her hobbies are photography and scrapbooking.
Cecile Shafer, DVM
Dr. Cecile Shafer graduated from Fresno State in May 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science. She attended the University of California, Davis School of Veterinary Medicine and graduated in May, 2000. She has practiced small animal medicine in the Visalia area since graduating. She is the mother of two beautiful daughters and enjoys drawing, gardening and writing. Special interests in veterinary medicine include ultrasound, dermatology and internal medicine.
